EXAJET™
Machine Mix Heavy Body VPS Impression Material

EXAJET, a heavy body vinyl polysiloxane impression material in a “Chubby” foil tube and cartridge, is designed for automated dynamic mixing machines. EXAJET is available in both Normal Set and Fast Set formulas.

The catalyst and base foil pouches self-activate as they are inserted into their respective chambers in the loading cartridge. The cartridge installs in the mixing machine in the normal manner and accepts and operates the standard dynamic mixing tip.

EXAJET Heavy Body Normal Set is completely compatible with EXAMIX™ viscosities and EXAJET Heavy Body Fast Set is completely compatible with EXAFast™ viscosities. EXAJET offers the same EXA handling, accuracy, thixotropicity, elastic recovery, stackability, compression and pourability properties to machine mix impression users as EXAMIX and EXAFAST offer cartridge users.

Special EXAJET Heavy Body Formulations

• Formulated for automatic machine mixing - a consistent, homogeneous, bubble-free mix.
• EXAJET “Chubby” foil tubes and cartridge easily install into mixing machine.
• Due to differences in cartridge tolerances between machine automated impression materials, the EXAJET “Chubby” tubes should be inserted into an EXAJET cartridge to assure proper operation.
• Available in Normal Set and Fast Set formulations.

Normal Set

• Two minutes working time.
• Four minutes setting time (minimum three minutes in the mouth).
• For use with and completely compatible with EXAMIX and EXAFLEX VPS Impression Materials.

Fast Set

• One minute 30 seconds working time.
• Three minute 15 seconds setting time (minimum two minutes 30 seconds in
  the mouth).
• For use with and completely compatible with EXAFAST VPS Impression Material.

Unsurpassed Dimensional Stability

• Less than 0.2% linear dimensional change after 24 hours.
• Allows the lab to pour accurate models up to two weeks after taking impression.
• Suitable for multiple pours.

No-Slumping

• Heavy Body remains in place while loading both sides of dual arch trays.
• Heavy Body stabilizes tray to prevent distortion and rebound.
• Great compression pushes the wash material into the sulcus.

No taste. No odor.

• Preferred by patients over polyethers or rubber base materials.

Stable in Cold Disinfectant Solutions

• Can be easily disinfected by immersion in a glutaraldehyde or spraying with a
  hard surface disinfectant. Rinse impression thoroughly before and after disinfection.
